Edna Herrera

From the beginning an introspective person, I’ve always gravitated to things I can do by myself, such as reading, drawing and all crafty things in general. I was born in Mexico and moved to Texas at the age of 15. Once here I took an interest in science and went on to study Biology at a community college. Never leaving my love for art behind and always trying new mediums, I came across tattooing at the age of 23. To say that I love this career is an understatement. It is not only a way for me to make a living, but also a way to fulfill my potential as an artist, and a way to satisfy my human need to strive and build connections with my community. I am very grateful for the good fortune of becoming a tattoo artist and for all my clients who have  collectively helped me (and continue to do so) to have a beautiful life. 

For the future I hope to continue to bring value to all of those who support my work, as well as this amazing industry.
